Day 6

Today, we stood up early, we did it because we wanted to go to the market, the market closes early. But first, we had to eat breakfast. We went to the same cuban resturant as last night and ate som more cuban food, because it was so good. When we were done eating we went to the market. It was a huge market with loads of different stuff. They had food, clothes, cd's, movies, toys, pictures etc.
Most of the pictures were off Fidel Castro, se we bought one, thinking it would be funny. We didn't find so much that we wanted to buy, eventough it was a huge market.
When we were done we didn't really know what to do. We went to the center of Havana to see if something was going on there, and yes! something was going on. Lots of people were dancing salsa in the middle of the city square. Salsa dancing is a really big part of cuban culture and other latin american countries. When we were done watching all the people dance salsa we went to the acuario nacional.
Acuario nacional is a big aquarium, its fileld with all kinds of fish. And the people who made the place did a good job on the lighting, they made the light like it was in the depths of the sea. The aquarium is most famouse for they're dolphin shows, so we checked it out. It was really impressive. When it wasn't more to see, we headed back to our Hotel room. But on the way we wanted something to eat, so we went to an American resturant where they served great food. The resturant was located next to the beach, and that gave us a beatifull view over the beach.
In the American resturan, it was ironic that nobody of the staff members could speak good english.
But we paid for our meal and went back to our hotel room.
